  • 15 minute Ayurvedic Head Massage with Paige Haber Bodywork. Ayurvedic Head Massage and Kansa Marma Energy Work. This fully clothed session centers around the marma (energy points) on the face and scalp. Optional use of oil in the hair. Each session is $30. Schedule here!

These sessions incorporate visceral manipulation coupled with energy healing to promote the body's natural movement and flow. Lizzie's intention is to create an awakening of the mind-body connection to help you feel a sense of calm and tap into the innate wisdom of your body's ability to heal itself.
