  • 20 minute Guasha Glow 20 minute Guasha Glow with Kaitlen Brennan L.Ac. Rooted in Chinese Medicine, guasha facials follow the meridian pathways and acupuncture points. With the use of jade guasha stones and facial cups,  this facial will lift and sculpt, increase circulation and blood flow and reduce puffiness; resulting in a natural GLOW.   • 20 minute Mind-Body Medicine Session with Lizzie Killeen of  True North | find yours. Applying the art & science of presence for listening, activating, and directing natural universal life energy with intention promotes balance, healing, and wholeness. Indulge in the beauty of energy healing through gentle touch and manipulation to support you in creating a sense of peace. Each Session is $40 for a 20 minute session.  Schedule here!

  • 20 minute Reiki Embodiment Session with Christine. In this 25-minute embodied Reiki session, you’ll be gently guided to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner light. Using a blend of Reiki energy healing, intuitive touch, crystals, and chakra balancing, Christine helps you create space for calm and to bring you back into harmony. These mini-sessions are a sacred pause and an invitation to release what no longer serves you, quiet the mind, and remember your wholeness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply aligned with your true self and inner wisdom.   • 20 minute Astrology Readings or Theta Healing with Kate Cherne of The Village Wisdom.
    Astrology: Your birth chart holds many keys to your past, present and future. In this session we can cover anything from your core motivations, soul direction/contracts, past life, growth edge, challenges and how to find balance. We can also look at how the transiting planets are influencing you right now and what's coming down the pipe. It's helpful to come to this session with an intention or area of life you'd like insight on. You can bring specific questions or situations forward. You'll need your *birth time (this is very important), your birth place and year.

    Theta Healing: In Theta Healing I work with a fusion of techniques that draw largely from shamanism and quantum healing, which work on specific parts of the physical and energy body. Theta Healing is similar in sensation to reiki, but Theta Healing involves a verbal component, where I will "pull" limiting beliefs or energies that are not serving you and then "download" new vibrations and frequencies.   • 20 Minute Oracle Reading with Laura Craig. Oracle readings are a tool used to gain clarity in one's life, used as a spiritual practice for Divine guidance and insight. Come prepared with a question about love, career, or life or simply come open to receiving your channeled message, interpreted and felt through the images and energies of the Oracle cards. Oracle readings serve as an avenue for your spirit guides, ancestors and angels to communicate through so you can receive the wisdom you need for your path forward.
