Sacred Connectedness - A Women’s Inner Circle

The next Women’s Circle starts September 21!! 

Every women's circle I've ever had the privilege to host is unique--the wisdom that comes through and the growth experienced by the participants is distinctive. But do you know what they all have in common? There is ALWAYS MAGIC. This is because the circle is a sacred container for deep and rewarding expansion. By connecting to one another in a safe space, we are able to connect more deeply with ourselves. Through this, our spirits get lighter, our direction in life gets clearer, and our hearts become more open. Its magic indeed.

If you're ready for this kind of magic to enter your life, I have a new invitation opening the circle for others desiring connection in this way.  


This women’s circle is for you if:

  • You want a safe place to be with an open heart and open mind.

  • You are able to commit to showing up.

  • You feel you need support with the messiness of daily life.

  • You need a space to be yourself without judgment.

  • You are ready to step into acknowledging your own needs.

  • You would like to lean into vulnerability and see what’s possible.

 
This women’s circle is not for you if:

  • You are only looking for an outlet to vent.

  • You are not ready to step into a growth and healing mindset.

  • You are not ready to commit to your own inner work.

  • You are not able to invite others in.

  • You are stuck in your story/beliefs and not ready to write a new one.

What can you expect from this inner circle? 

 
This inner circle meets every 3rd Saturday of the month starting September 21, in person at Honu Coaching + Bodywork and each session includes but not limited to:

  • An embodiment practice to become present and grounded in your body and with the group.

  • Facilitated exercise/s to enhance personal awareness around areas of growth. Fully tap into your intuition, build confidence, and uncover that spark inside of you that’s full of purpose and joy! 

  • Gentle and effective teachings for releasing any untruthful thoughts that may be holding you back from showing up as your true authentic self. 

  • Group sharing around what shows up for you and what you can take with you for the coming month to lean into.

  • Support and accountability from Christine as well as the group.
